Terms of Service / EULA
Last updated: 16 August 2026
1. Developer and agreement
These terms are between the business or organisation installing/using RowSure ("you") and Thomas Manners, trading as RowSure Software (the "Developer"), established at __BUSINESS_ADDRESS__. The Developer, not Zoho, licenses and supports RowSure. Zoho is not a party to this licence.
2. Business use
RowSure is designed for business and organisational use with Zoho Inventory, not personal, family or household use. The person installing or operating RowSure must have authority to act for the relevant Zoho organisation and permission to modify the affected Items.
3. Licence
Subject to these terms and any applicable Zoho Marketplace terms, the Developer grants the installing organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the current RowSure extension for its internal business operations. You may not reverse engineer, resell, sublicense, bypass access controls, or use RowSure unlawfully except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by law.
4. What RowSure does
RowSure provides supported Zoho Inventory Item-master maintenance with staged editing, review, validation, conflict checks and post-write verification. Current capabilities and limitations are described in the User Guide.
5. Current exclusions
RowSure v1 does not promise support for stock quantities/adjustments, Price Lists, Composite Item structure, serial/batch operations, product images, Item creation/deletion, or generic accounting/vendor/tax/unit relationship editing. Unsupported or capability-dependent fields may be unavailable.
6. Your responsibilities
You remain responsible for the business decision to apply a change, for user access and permissions, for reviewing staged changes and warnings, for checking Failed or Needs review outcomes, and for maintaining any wider business backups or controls you require. You must not assume that an Undo can reverse external side effects created by Zoho workflows or other integrations.
7. Data and privacy
Use of RowSure is subject to the Privacy Policy. Zoho Inventory, Zoho Marketplace and any other third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
8. Free launch and future pricing
RowSure may be offered free during its initial release. The Developer may later introduce paid plans, feature limits or different terms in accordance with applicable Marketplace rules. Any paid offering will be described before a charge is incurred. The initial free release does not guarantee that every future version or feature will remain free.
9. Availability and platform dependency
RowSure depends on Zoho Inventory, Zoho APIs, authorised connections, browsers, networks and Marketplace infrastructure. Outages, rate limits, permission changes, API changes or third-party changes can affect availability or behaviour. The Developer may make reasonable changes needed for security, compatibility, legal compliance or product maintenance.
10. Support
Support is available at support@rowsure.app. Include enough information to reproduce the issue but avoid sending unnecessary sensitive catalogue or personal information. Marketplace-specific support obligations may also apply between the Developer and Zoho.
11. Intellectual property
RowSure, its original code, documentation and branding remain the Developer's or applicable licensors' intellectual property. These terms grant a right to use RowSure; they do not transfer ownership. Zoho and Zoho Inventory are trademarks of Zoho Corporation and are not owned by the Developer.
12. No guarantee of error-free operation
RowSure includes safeguards intended to reduce operational risk, but software and third-party APIs can fail. To the extent permitted by law, RowSure is provided without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every catalogue or workflow. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Subject to that, and to the extent permitted by law, the Developer is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of anticipated profit, or losses caused by unauthorised use, unsupported workflows, third-party outages or changes that you applied without appropriate review.
14. Termination
You may stop using or uninstall RowSure at any time. The Developer may suspend or discontinue a version where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, platform compatibility or product maintenance, subject to applicable law and Marketplace obligations.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
