1. Who operates RowSure

RowSure is operated by Thomas Manners, trading as RowSure Software ("RowSure Software", "we", "us"), established at __BUSINESS_ADDRESS__. Email: support@rowsure.app.

2. Scope

This notice covers the RowSure website, support/feedback correspondence, and personal information that RowSure Software receives in connection with the RowSure Zoho Inventory extension. Zoho operates Zoho Inventory and Zoho Marketplace separately under Zoho's own privacy terms.

3. Zoho Inventory catalogue data

RowSure v1 does not send your Zoho Inventory Item catalogue to a developer-operated RowSure database. Item data is read and updated through the Zoho connection authorised by the installing organisation. RowSure v1 does not use a developer-operated analytics SDK, advertising tracker, or AI/model service for Item data.

4. Browser-local information

Staged drafts, column preferences, Recent batches and restore metadata may be stored in browser-local storage on the device running RowSure. RowSure Software does not operate a cloud database for that browser-local information. Browser or platform behaviour may remove or sync local storage independently of RowSure.

5. Information we may receive

We may receive contact details and correspondence when you contact support, report a problem or provide feedback; ordinary website delivery/security metadata processed by our hosting provider; and account/contact or installation information that Zoho makes available to a Marketplace vendor under the applicable Marketplace process.

6. Why we use personal information

We use personal information to provide and improve support, investigate reliability or security issues, administer the product and Marketplace relationship, protect the website and service, and comply with legal or record-keeping obligations. Depending on the situation, our lawful basis is performance of or steps connected with a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and securing RowSure and supporting business users, and compliance with legal obligations.

7. Support and feedback

The in-app Feedback action opens a draft in your own email client. It does not automatically attach catalogue values, SKUs, organisation details, diagnostics, logs or RowSure history. If you choose to email us, we receive whatever information and attachments you decide to send.

8. Service providers

The public website is delivered through Cloudflare. Support email is hosted or routed using __EMAIL_PROVIDER__. These providers may process limited personal information needed to deliver their services. Zoho separately provides the Inventory, OAuth/connection and Marketplace infrastructure used by the extension.

9. Cookies and analytics

The initial RowSure website does not intentionally deploy advertising cookies, behavioural advertising, or client-side analytics. Infrastructure providers may use strictly necessary security or delivery mechanisms. If RowSure later introduces non-essential cookies or analytics, this notice and any required consent mechanism will be updated before that processing is enabled.

10. Sharing and transfers

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information to service providers acting for us, to Zoho where necessary for Marketplace/support administration, or where required by law. Some service providers may process information outside the UK; where applicable, we rely on the provider's contractual and legal transfer safeguards.

11. Retention

Browser-local RowSure data remains subject to the browser/device's storage lifecycle. Support and feedback correspondence is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the matter, maintain product/security records, or meet legal and business record-keeping requirements. We periodically delete correspondence that is no longer needed.

12. Your data-protection rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. To exercise a right relating to information held directly by RowSure Software, email support@rowsure.app. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

13. Security

RowSure is designed around narrow Zoho permissions and minimising developer-side data collection. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive inventory or personal information in support messages.

14. Changes

We may update this notice when RowSure's processing changes. Material new processing, such as billing, shared cloud history or analytics, will be described before it is introduced.
