Zoho's native bulk actions are useful when a shared change applies to many Items. RowSure focuses on the case where every row may need a different value.

Edit or paste

Edit individual cells, paste rectangular blocks from Excel/Sheets, and choose the fields you want with Manage columns.

Review by Item

Nothing is written while editing. Review before/after values grouped by Item, including validation and suspicious-change warnings.

Apply and verify

RowSure fresh-checks Zoho, protects newer edits, applies supported changes, then re-reads and verifies the outcome.

Safety is the point, not an afterthought.

If a target value changed in Zoho since RowSure loaded it, the newer Zoho value is protected rather than silently overwritten.

Completed writes are re-read. Mismatches get an individual re-check and remain Needs review if RowSure cannot prove the intended state.

Capability-dependent fields appear only where Zoho enables them. Computed/relational custom fields are not treated as ordinary scalar edits where identified.

Your Zoho catalogue does not get copied into a RowSure SaaS database.

Deliberate v1 boundaries

Does RowSure change stock on hand?

No. Stock movements/adjustments, warehouse quantities, serials and batches are outside the v1 editor.

Does it edit Price Lists or vendor/account relationships?

No. RowSure edits base Item-master properties and normal safe custom fields; Price Lists and high-risk relationship/accounting fields need dedicated workflows rather than generic cells.

Does it support Composite Items or product images?

Not in v1. Both are plausible future catalogue-operations modules, but they are not advertised as supported today.

Which Zoho Inventory editions are targeted?

An edition that supports Web Tabs/Widgets. Current plan names differ by region: the UK comparison shows Premium and Enterprise; the US comparison shows Premium, Plus and Enterprise. Check your region and the final Marketplace compatibility selector.
